Trilogy at Redmond Ridge
Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is a master-planned 55+ active adult community situated between Redmond and Duvall in Washington state at the eastern edge of Novelty Hill.
The community encompasses approximately 930 acres and includes 1522 homes, an impressive community club house and central campus, the Golf Club at Redmond Ridge, and almost 500 acres of open forest and wetlands.
The Trilogy forest includes 8 miles of public pedestrian, cycling, and equestrian trails and 180 acres of wetlands with several year-round ponds, a large peat bog, 3 creeks, numerous seasonal wetlands and 27 artificial stormwater retention ponds.
To the west, the Trilogy trails connect to the Redmond Watershed Preserve. The Preserve consists of another 880 acres of open space and includes several more miles of forest trails managed by the City of Redmond.
The mostly agricultural lands of the Snoqualmie River valley and the towns of Duvall and Carnation are located to the east. To the South is the Redmond Ridge community, and to the North is at Kathryn Taylor Equestrian Park, and additional rural/suburban communities.


Trilogy Friends of the Forest
The Trilogy Friends of the Forest Club is a group of Trilogy at Redmond Ridge residents that help maintain one of our community's finest amenities for the benefit of our residents, and the public. The Trilogy Friends of the Forest is sponsored by the Trilogy Forest Stewardship Committee.
